SEA KAYAKING BEGINNERS COURSES
These courses are just right for you if you are keen to learn how to kayak, or if you’ve already handled one sometime before at a very basic level and you want to learn more so as to be able to take a kayak out anywhere at all, feeling perfectly safe and knowing that you’ll be able to handle any situation.
You will learn different paddling techniques, how to get into a kayak, low and high recovery strokes, techniques for helping a companion, how to bale water on the open sea, sideways paddling, communications, spinning, etc. In actual fact, these sea kayaking courses include two different levels: beginners and advanced techniques.

WHAT TO BRING: Sun cream, a cap, a tee-shirt to war under the life jacket, drinking water, a snack, a bathing suit, a towel, dry clothes to change into, water sneakers (optional) and lycra or cotton shorts.
