DESCRIPTION
Can Maymó cellar owns three nearby vineyards, in Santa Agnès, Sant Mateu and Santa Gertrudis. In total, there are 17,000 vines divided into old monastrell vines (30%), malvasia (10%) and some other overseas varieties (tempranillo, merlot and syrah.) Its wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature conditions. Some wines have the classical flavour of the thyme typical to the island.
