DESCRIPTION

The creation of Fairs and Conferences (FECOEF) by the Eivissa and Formentera Island Council highlights the potential of an Island that is moving into the future, committed to commerce and business at both a national and international level to complement its tourist and holiday offer.

The Exhibition Centre is located just ten minutes from the airport, with direct access from the main roads and 500m from Eivissa City's urban quarter.

It is specially designed to house more than 1,600 people and hold fairs, conferences, exhibitions and other social and economic shows, as well as different kinds of cultural events such as concerts and parties, for which it has a 3,400 m2 transparent hall and is equipped with modern facilities such as a conference room for 150 people (TV, video, slide projector) and a cafeteria for snacks and catering.

Facilities Ibiza’s Exhibition Site has an open-plan premises with a total area of 3,400 square metres, to which we must add a 1,750 square metres marquee that allows to substantially increase the area for exhibition of fairs and other events held throughout the year. Likewise, FECOEF (Ibiza and Formentera’s Exhibition Site) has a conference room that can hold 150 people, with audiovisual facilities and a coffee shop to have a snack or catering service. Stage: As a complement to those areas, the Exhibition Site has a 280 square metres modular stage composed of 2x1m floorboards framed in aluminium, made of damp-proof marine wood panels. It can be assembled at a height of up to 2 m. FECOEF also offers an excellent lighting system (60.000 Watts) and sound system (10.000 Watts) that can be adapted or extended depending on the technical characteristics of the event. Moreover, it offers an ADSL WIFI system that covers the whole Exhibition Site.
